Meme: some device to help you blog.

I have begun to post the Friday’s Feast on my Isara blog so that every week I post something on it. I think it’s a nice jumping point for people who go to read the Friday’s Feast to maybe check out the Isara homepage and learn about a charitable webportal.

One of the neat things about Friday’s Feast is that after you write your answers, you go back to the FF website and post in the comment section that your feast is up. Then others who are curious, can go check out your blog.

So each Friday, I check out about 7-10 other blogs, some of them I’ve been lurking on for weeks now, but every Friday, always a new one. Today I went to one I haven’t visited before and after her feast, she had “condiments”. I asked her where she came up with them and she emailed me back! So yipPPEE!! Now I might have a standard Friday Meme for Ginafish!

So here goes:

1. What is your favorite outdoor activity?
Roasting marshmallows? Floating? Watching the kids play? yep. Those are about it.

2. Are you outdoors not often enough, too often, or just often enough?
Not enough period. Allergies keep me inside for most of the fall and spring. Extremes in heat and cold keep me inside during summer and winter. I need a friendly bubble that doesn’t allow pollen inside…

3. When was the last time you slept in a tent?
Tent camping…last Fall. Now we have a super nice tent that we have to use 6 times in one year before I will allow my hubby to start dreaming of a camper. 6 times, do ya hear that honey??

4. Where is your favorite beach?
I’ve been to the Alabama ‘rock’ beach, and the beach at Padre Island. I’ll have to pick Texas as long as it’s not seaweed season. My parents and sister are going to Sandibel in Florida this summer. My family could have gone if we had not needed our tax return for remodeling and a new car…

5. In what social, academic, or professional group are you on the outer fringes of? In what social, academic, or professional group are you right in the middle of?
Umm…none? I’m a rebel. I don’t join social groups, academic groups, or professionals….They stink.
