Have you seen this headline anywhere? Me either. Although there are 3 states working on it. Illinois, Vermont, and California.

Someone in Illinois discovered an old law that says if a state legislature passes a bill to impeach a president, then it goes to Washington, where it’s put on the fast track, and has to be dealt with by the appropriate branch of government promptly. So the bill is in the works, trying to get passed in three states.

So I just wonder… why hasn’t this made national headlines? I’m not asking you how you feel about impeaching Bush and/or Cheney. Notice I’m not saying how I feel about it. I’m just curious…isn’t this news? Has anyone seen it on the national news? I looked on CNN, FOX, Google News. Only found it in an Illinois paper and a California paper.

Maybe it’ll be breaking news tomorrow… ? I wonder…
