by GinafishDo you ever watch a movie or tv show and think, wow, that’s sooo cool?
Star Trek: The Next Generation had several wacky and nifty inventions that I’m still waiting on someone to Really come up with. First off, there was the teleporter. Stand here, molecules all separate and come together again, 10 seconds later you are in Oregon.
Now how handy would that be? And on Star Trek it was always Free! Whooppee! 
Now, those people on Star Trek (some people, some aliens) are never carrying supplies with them. Hmmm… OoooOOOHh Yeahhh! Remember why? Those little boxes on the wall…
I don’t remember what they were called, but they were cool. “Box” Beep “One cup of medium hot coffee with irish creme and sugar.” Beep. Materialize. *sigh* I see water in Africa and whole world of possibilities in that one.
O O O and the Matrix! How cool would that be to be able to learn a sport or how to fly a plane within like 2 minutes instead of 10 years??
O O O and let’s not ignore kid’s shows! How neat would it be if your mailbox popped into your house when you got mail and sang you a little song, while you danced along? Awww… well…maybe not… I’d probably yank it off the post after about 4 days…. Well dream and learn.
Just imagine what the world with be like if we didn’t dream and learn. Isn’t the imagination great?
Now, I’m going to investigate those flower mats that you roll out and water, then voila’, flower bed. I’m so glad I didn’t have to think of it.
